Philanthropy

From the time of our founding, Alpha Delta Pi has believed in the importance of giving back to our community. A dedication to philanthropy guides our members to spend time in the service of those who need it most.

Our international organization’s commitment to Ronald McDonald House Charities has led to the donation of over $15,000,000 over the course of our partnership.

More than 375 Ronald McDonald Houses in 64 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility.

Lauren Fortner

Director of Philanthropy

I am so excited to serve as this year's Director of Philanthropy! The Ronald McDonald House Charities has always been a charity that my family and I have supported and now I get to continue to do so through Alpha Delta Pi. In fact, RMHC was a big reason why I chose to go ADPi! I am looking forward to helping so many families this year through different fundraisers and also educating the Starkville community about RMHC! I cant wait to see what this year brings for Alpha Delta Pi and the Ronald McDonald House Charities!

Jordan Doherty

RMHC Specialist

I am a sophomore from Houston, Texas majoring in Kinesiology with a Psychology minor. I am so honored to serve Epsilon Eta as our RMHC specialist. It is my job to coordinate in person visits for our current members at the Ronald McDonald House in Jackson, MS. Our chapter also collects pop tabs off soda cans and sends them to the Memphis recycling location where the pop tabs are turned into some of the wheelchairs that are seen around the houses. RMHC will always hold a special place in my heart and I cannot wait for the year ahead as RMHC Specialist!
