Philanthropy

From the time of our founding, Alpha Delta Pi has believed in the importance of giving back to our community. A dedication to philanthropy guides our members to spend time in the service of those who need it most.

Our international organization’s commitment to Ronald McDonald House Charities has led to the donation of over $15,000,000 over the course of our partnership.

More than 350 Ronald McDonald Houses in 64 countries help keep families with seriously ill or injured children together when they need it most by offering them a comfortable, temporary residence in proximity to a medical facility.

Director of Philanthropy

Being this year's Director of Philanthropy is something I am beyond excited about. Ronald McDonald House Charities is such an inspiring philanthropy, and I am extremely proud of being able to share it with my chapter, campus, and the city of Starkville. Continuing to bring in money to RMHC and serve families through numerous events our chapter holds is just a little piece of what we can do to help.I am looking forward to serving as much as possible, and watch the ladies of Epsilon Eta serve not only for RMHC, but also service on campus, and throughout Starkville.

Carly Ferrell

RMHC Specialist

As the RMHC Specialist, I am the go-between for our chapter and the two locations that we serve: RMHC of Jackson, Mississippi and RMHC of Memphis, Tennessee. I coordinate visits for our members to serve at the Jackson location, I send our chapter’s pop tabs to the Memphis location, and I keep track of any additional fundraisers or wishlists either of our RMHC locations participate in so we can donate and support them! Since joining Alpha Delta Pi, I have served at the RMHC of Jackson and seen firsthand the impact our vast support has.It is very rewarding to help our members get involved in our philanthropy work and become just as passionate about RMHC as I am!
